Steppix+ subscription terms

Steppix+ is an optional subscription that gives you more room in steppix. These terms add to the terms of service.

What you get

  • up to 5 active challenges at once (free accounts: 1)
  • creating your own public and private challenges
  • a verified badge
  • rank protection
  • deep stats and profile themes

Steppix+ never changes fees, prize pools, payouts, eligibility or anyone's chance of finishing. Every player in a challenge plays by the same rules and pays the same fees.

Price and billing

Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country and plan (for example monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal

Steppix+ automatically renews at the same price for the same period unless it's canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. If we change the price, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent.

In the app, the exact wording before you subscribe is: "Steppix+ [plan] auto-renews at [price]/[period] unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions."

Free trials

If a free trial is offered and your Apple ID is eligible, the app shows its length before you start. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you subscribe during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

How to cancel

Cancel any time in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Steppix+, or in the app under Settings → manage subscription. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep Steppix+ until the end of the period you've paid for. Your challenges keep going either way. If you're in more active challenges than a free account allows when Steppix+ ends, you stay in them; you just can't join new ones until you're under the limit.

Refunds

Apple handles all billing and refunds for Steppix+ under its policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Licence

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the terms of service.
